| Speculation on 102 and the end of the manga |

So the more I reread chapter 102, the more questions and speculations I have about what's going on, specifically about Father's goals and the purpose of the five sacrifices.
For those who might be tired of these posts, none of this is about Roy. In fact, almost all of it is about Hohenheim, the Truth, and what happened in Xerxes.

Thoughts? Opinions? This is mostly sort of stream-of-thought speculation on my part, but it's something that's been nagging at me and I haven't seen discussed. I'd like to hear other people's thoughts on these questions. |

A/N: I had had my greatest break ever from creative writing when I started with this, so I might have lost my self-criticism now when I post this. I haven't really written fanfiction after my early teenage years but yesterday I wasn't able to keep my hands away from it.
The one thing that happened in the last chapter was something I had speculated long ago, just because it brings out some really tasty and bittersweet situations. So when I read it, I quickly grabbed my old notes I had made - to find out there was only one sentence, written in the most creative hours of midnight..... but it actually had all that was essential. now it's in it's original form in this piece and carries actually a lot. You can guess what it is.
I hope that I caught something of Roy's personality here. Somehow I'm really inspired to analyse the beat of thinking and how naïve and close to the essential in human mind words can get.
Summary: With love the vicious circle turns and burns, let's spend a moment with this one man's personal thoughts and words he is so good to keep to himself.

Hello all!
It caught my attention in the recent Brotherhood episodes that Ed's forehead scar is very noticeable. Whereas in current manga chapters (well from volume 20 and up) his forehead scar isn't there anymore!
Did it...disappear? Or was it forgotten about? Did I miss anything? |
